I am an Electrical and Computer Engineer interested in Radio Frequency (RF), High Frequency, Microwave, Antennas, Phased Arrays, Analog Circuits, Mixed Signal Circuits, Microwave Circuits, Radar Systems, and Hardware Systems.
I have multiple years of experience in various roles as an electronic design engineer, network engineer, project manager, computing manager, and RF engineer. Additionally, I have had leading technical teams in projects. Also, I worked as a consultant for industries like telecommunications, data centers, construction, and electronic consumer.
I was coursing my Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of New Hampshire. I got a Master's degree, in the same field, from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. I have a genuine interest in business and management, and I took some classes about the topics, but I try to be self-taught.

Quantum computing, finally explained without the hand-waving. Cesar Martinez Delgado, hardware engineering manager at Quantum Computing Inc. (QCI), joins DeAndre and Grant to break down how quantum machines actually work, why QCI is betting on photonics to make them run at room temperature, and how 15 years of building things, from 3G networks to drones, shaped the hard-won engineering lessons every hardware founder needs to hear.
